1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use luvkaam.com ("Luvkaam", "we", "us"). Luvkaam is run by [Luvkaam.com], [Gurgaon, Haryana 122001]. By registering or using the tools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who can use Luvkaam
You must be 18 or older. You must give correct registration details and keep them up to date. Registration is for individuals and for business use by the person who registered.
3. What Luvkaam provides
Luvkaam offers free tools to work with PDF and image files, such as merging, splitting, compressing, converting, signing, protecting, unlocking and reading text from files. The tools run in your browser. Features, limits and availability can change. A file size limit of 25 MB per file applies, and OCR of scanned PDFs reads up to 20 pages at a time.
4. Your files and your responsibility
- Your files are processed on your own device. We do not receive them. Our Privacy Policy explains this.
- Only use files that you own or are allowed to process. Do not use Luvkaam to remove protection from, copy or change documents without the owner's permission. The Unlock PDF tool is only for files you are entitled to open.
- Do not use the site to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to spread malware, or to attack or overload the service or its sign-up form.
- Keep your own copy of every original file. Always check results before you use or send them.
5. Results can contain errors
OCR, text extraction, PDF to Word, PDF to Excel and summaries are automatic and can be wrong or incomplete. PDF to Word keeps text but not layout. Summarise PDF selects existing sentences and is not generative AI. The signature tool adds an image of your signature. It is not a certificate-based or Aadhaar-based electronic signature, and it does not prove who signed. Check whether a document needs a different kind of signature.
6. Passwords
If you protect a PDF with a password, we cannot recover that password or the file for you. Keep your password safe.
7. Registration data and promotional messages
We use your registration details as described in the Privacy Policy. Promotional messages are sent only if you agree to them when you register, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time at our Privacy page.
8. Our rights
The Luvkaam name, logo, design and website code belong to us or our licensors. The open-source libraries used by the tools stay under their own licences. You keep all rights in your own files and in the results you create.
9. No warranty
Luvkaam is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, error free or suitable for a particular purpose.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of Luvkaam. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free service is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Suspension
We may block access or remove a registration if someone breaks these terms or misuses the service. You can stop using Luvkaam at any time and can ask us to erase your data.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version date above shows the latest update. If you keep using Luvkaam after a change, you accept the updated terms. For changes that affect your privacy choices, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [Gurgaon, Haryana] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
